These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "User") and Selfcore AI ("Company", "we", "us", "our") and govern your access to and use of our website, tests, AI chat, results, reports, paid offerings, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) What the Service Is and Key Disclaimers

2.1 What we provide

The Service includes:

  • online tests of various types (including, but not limited to, IQ-style tests, self-discovery, self-development, habits, personality, and other informational or entertainment formats);
  • results, summaries, and reports generated based on your inputs and our evaluation methods; and
  • access to an AI chat with a set of specialized "agents" (virtual assistants) that may help with self-development, goal setting, reflection, planning, habits, motivation, learning, and other personal productivity topics (the "AI Chat").

AI Chat responses may be generated automatically based on your messages and the selected agent's configuration, and may vary in format and content depending on the mode.

2.2 Not professional advice; not therapy

The Service (including tests, reports, and the AI Chat) is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and is not:

  • medical or clinical advice;
  • psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or diagnosis; or
  • legal, financial, educational, or other professional advice.

We do not guarantee that test results or AI Chat responses reflect real-world traits, abilities, or circumstances. Outputs may be affected by many factors (fatigue, stress, device, context, question phrasing, interpretation, data quality, etc.).

If you need professional help (for example, for symptoms of depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, or other crisis situations), contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

2.3 AI Chat limitations

You understand and agree that:

  • the AI Chat may produce errors, inaccuracies, simplifications, or "hallucinations" (confident-sounding but incorrect statements);
  • the AI Chat is not intended for situations where an error could cause harm (medical decisions, legal decisions, crisis situations, etc.); and
  • you are responsible for how you use information obtained from the AI Chat.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase paid features or start a subscription.

4) Accounts and Access

Some features may require an account or email-based access.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate information where required;
  • keep your credentials/access links secure; and
  • not share, resell, or transfer paid access, and not attempt to bypass paywalls or access controls.

We may restrict or revoke access if we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms.

5) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use bots, scrapers, automation, or similar tools to access or copy the Service;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover our evaluation logic, algorithms, or source code;
  • bypass payment, access, or security measures;
  • disrupt the Service, overload infrastructure, or attempt unauthorized access; or
  • use the Service unlawfully.

6) Paid Offerings (Three Models)

We may offer paid access to tests/reports and/or AI Chat features in one or more formats. The specific offer available to you (including price and duration) will be shown before payment and may vary by country, device, marketing campaign, or experiment.

Model A - One-time purchase

You pay once to access a specific test result/report or a defined digital feature ("One-Time Purchase"). What you receive is described at checkout.

Model B - Subscription (auto-renewing)

You pay a recurring fee for ongoing access to premium features/content/reports and/or enhanced AI Chat capabilities ("Subscription"). Subscriptions are auto-renewing unless canceled.

Model C - One-time purchase + free trial to subscription

You may see an offer where you make an initial one-time payment for a test/result and also receive a free trial of subscription features (including, for example, AI Chat and/or enhanced reports). At the end of the free trial, the subscription automatically converts to a paid, auto-renewing subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends ("One-Time + Trial Offer").

7) Pricing, Experiments, and Disclosures

7.1 Pricing variants and testing

We may test different:

  • prices,
  • plan durations (weekly/monthly/yearly),
  • bundles (e.g., "test + advanced report", "multiple tests", "AI Chat access", etc.),
  • trial lengths (e.g., 3/7/[other] days), and
  • paywall layouts/messaging.

You are charged only what is clearly shown and confirmed at checkout.

7.2 Checkout controls

The checkout screen (and any purchase disclosures shown with it) controls:

  • what you are buying,
  • whether a trial is included,
  • the trial length,
  • when billing starts,
  • renewal price and renewal interval, and
  • how to cancel.

If you do not understand an offer, do not complete payment.

8) Trials and Auto-Renewal (Important)

8.1 Free trials

If a free trial is offered, it provides access to subscription features for the stated period (for example, 3 days, 7 days, or another duration shown to you).

8.2 Trial conversion

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and you authorize recurring charges at the price and frequency disclosed at checkout.

8.3 Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to renewal.

9) Payments and Payment Providers

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Stripe is a primary provider, but we may also enable and test other payment methods/providers.

We do not store full card details. Payment providers may apply fraud checks and request additional verification.

10) Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription via customer portal or by contacting support at support@selfcore.me from the email used at purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law, you keep access until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time.

11) Refund Policy (Strict: No Refunds After Delivery)

Strict policy: no refunds after delivery.

Because the Service provides digital content and/or immediate access (for example, delivering a result/report, unlocking features, starting a trial, or enabling subscription access), all sales are final once delivery/access has been provided.

Refunds may be issued only:

  • where required by applicable law (mandatory consumer rights), or
  • at our sole discretion in exceptional cases (e.g., verified duplicate charge or confirmed non-delivery that we cannot remedy within a reasonable time).

12) Chargebacks and Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support promptly with transaction details. If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend access during the investigation and may provide relevant evidence (such as delivery/access timestamps) to the payment provider.

13) Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service, including tests, questions, reports, evaluation methods, AI Chat agents/configurations, design, branding, and software, are owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, distribute, resell, publish, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written permission.

14) User Inputs and Feedback

You may provide information (including test answers, AI Chat messages, feedback, and support requests). You grant us a limited license to process such information to operate and improve the Service, provide customer support, and prevent fraud and abuse. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

15) Privacy Policy

16) Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

17) Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time for business, technical, or legal reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may also update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

18) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if we suspect fraud/abuse, or if required by law or for security. To the extent permitted by law, termination for cause may result in loss of paid access without refund.

19) Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • error-free or uninterrupted operation,
  • that test results are suitable for real-world decisions, or
  • the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or "correctness" of AI Chat responses for your purposes.

The AI Chat may provide inaccurate or misleading outputs. You use information from the Service at your own risk.

20) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; and
  • our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the last 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or the minimum required by law, if higher).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

21) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of laws or third-party rights.

22) Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus without regard to conflict of law principles.

Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the Republic of Cyprus, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
